  3. Deposits & Fees:
    • A 25% deposit is required to confirm any service booking.
  4. Cancellations & Refunds:
    • Cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund of your deposit.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 10% cancellation fee.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, legal access to your property.
  • Obtain any necessary local permits before work begins.
  • Keep your login credentials (if you create an account) secure.

7. Intellectual Property
